You can change your name, home address and phone number from your ConnectedHome dashboard. Follow the steps below.
If you can’t remember your login details, see problems logging in for assistance.
- Log in to your ConnectedHome dashboard.
- Click the Your account and settings icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select Personal details from the dropdown menu.

Change name
- Beside the Name field, click Change.
- Enter your names in the First Name and Last Name boxes.
- Click Save to confirm.
When you see the confirmation message, your name has been changed successfully.
Change Whitebox installation address
- Beside the Whitebox Installation Address field, click Change.
- Enter your full address and phone number in boxes.
- Click Save to confirm.
When you see the confirmation message, your address has been changed successfully.
