What is my broadband package (speed-tier)?
Broadband packages (speed-tiers) are the download and upload speeds that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) provides as part of its service. These speeds can sometimes be the same or different. Upload is generally lower than download.
In some cases, we may need to confirm the speed of your package with you before we can update our system.
Where can I find my package details?
If you don’t know the speed of your package, please check your internet billing information or contact your ISP directly.
Ask your ISP to break down your agreed download and upload speeds for your package. If you don’t know the name of your package as advertised by your ISP, please share it as we may know what it is!
Below are some examples that you may find similar. These are fictitious packages and ISPs.
GoGo Zoom (ISP) - Ultrafast Fibre (package name) - 100x20 (download x upload speeds)
Wakanda Internet (ISP) - W200 (package name) - 200x35 (download x upload speeds)
If you are still unsure of your details, please don’t hesitate to contact the Support Team at community@samknows.com
